I worked the most with his team member, Christian's lead processor, I can only say that with perfection, she helped me through the entire step in receiving my perfect home with my VA certificate. I had some tricky issues that were a bit difficult for us to think through but she and Christian were fantastic! Every question they answered for me and gave me reasons for requirement/request from the VA and the underwriting team. I felt panicked at times but only until I spoke with them and they would ease my anxiety. They were always honest and professional in helping me acquire my VA mortgage loan. I tried different brokers a few months ago, and I was turned off and disappointed. I felt discouraged, then I contacted Tyler first at Frontline. We spoke a few times and exchanged emails, and I felt optimistic, the best feeling I had in a while. Nothing was guaranteed yet, and I was on pins and needles for a while. I was assured that my mortgage would be approved (VA). I spoke to Hunter a few times to explain different things about my situation, then I spoke with Paige. I forget at which point the real estate broker came into the picture, but she got the necessary paperwork from Frontline and continued looking together. Paige sent status reports each day to help male sure items were taken care of as agreed. I was worried about a few things but the constant communication from Frontline was exceptional!! Great job everybody!

It’s stressful and difficult enough trying to navigate the complexities of a first-time home purchase, but it’s even harder when mortgage companies are slow to respond or when they pass you around to different representatives each time you speak to them. Frontline Financial was the first mortgage company that responded to me quickly and gave me tailored, personal service that was not only in-depth but also very expert with the VA loan process.
I cannot say enough good things about my Senior Mortgage Advisor: Annalee Henry. She, along with her team, worked tirelessly to make sure that the home I wanted in Northern Virginia fit my budget. For the 5 months we worked together, Annalee showed me nothing but the utmost patience, respect, and care. She counseled me on the nuances of my personal circumstances (debt-to-income ratio, credit monitoring, etc.) She walked me through the overall home finance process and the conditions of the current housing market from the end of 2017 through the beginning of 2018 when interest rates were beginning to climb. This was so invaluable because Annalee was a very proactive advisor; she didn’t wait for conditions to turn and she helped me make the right decision at the right time so that it benefitted me financially. In other words, she made a really complicated and intimidating process completely manageable.
Frontline also worked with me through a sticky lending requirement with the developers of my new home. Initially, Winchester Homes required me to use their specific lender. However, I preferred Frontline because they knew my financial standing the best. Frontline stepped in for me and their process benefitted me more than Winchester’s own lender. I couldn’t have been happier!
